The fact that nature shows there must be a creator means that no one can be excused for not believing in God. And, knowing that there must be a God obliges us to seek Him out and understand what He expects of us. This at least partially helps explain how people who have never been exposed to the Bible can be held responsible for their decision to lead their life for themselves instead of for God.
