  • A priori acceptance by believers
  • A priori rejection by skeptics
• The question is: "Is there any standard of proof that an a priori skeptic will accept?"

The secular journal describes the result as a "challenging puzzle". Quite an understatement! As we might expect, people either accept or reject this result not on its scientific merits, but on their own presuppositions. Like the office wall plaque says, "Don't bother me with the facts, my mind is already made up!"
